Responsibilities:
Design injection plastic mold
Analyze and select proper steel for molds
Mold flow analyze and write report
Provide mold build cost analysis
Mold buyoff test and qualification
Provide mold issue solutions during production
Mold drawing management

Qualifications:
Over 3 years experience in injection mold manufacturing industry
Be familiar with injection mold structure and manufacturing methodology
Be familiar with injection plastic material and mold material characteristics and treatment
Be able to use design tools like solidworks, inventor to design molds
Understanding die casting mold or sheet metal mold is preferred.
Engineering bachelor degree
Good English communication skills
