Job Responsibility ：
? Take factory layout design and space utilization improvement base on layout change procedure;

? Measure and maintain product standard working time, standard headcount and capacity;

? VSM analysis and set up WIP reduction project and shorten manufacture lead time.

? Focus on DL saving and waste elimination project by using IE tool and Kaizen method;

? Lead production line design to support new project achieve best efficiency target.

? Improve operation motion and workstation design by ergonomic application.

? Manage IE team and provide necessary training and instruction to team member.

Skills and Specifications

? Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering/mechanical engineering or other closely related technical discipline & more than 8 years direct experience;

? Good command of English speaking and writing;

? Familiar with Auto- CAD and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word;
