主要职责 Primary Responsibilities
风险评估 Risk Assessment
理解包括公司业务和本土法律法规在内的内部控制环境
Understand the control environment in accordance with the company’s business and local regulations.
根据内部控制与审计经理的指导完成与事业部总监，支持部门领导，首席财务官和首席执行官的沟通，识别公司关键风险点
Upon Internal Control & Audit Manager’s instruction, identify significant risks through communication with various BU EDs, supporting function heads, CFO and CEO.
根据内部控制与审计经理的指导完成评估公司层面以及流程层面的内部控制点已被充分考虑，执行和有效运作以减轻已识别的风险点
Upon Internal Control & Audit Manager’s instruction, assess company-level controls and process-level controls are properly designed, implemented, and work effectively to mitigate identified risks.
根据内部控制与审计经理的指导年度风险评估工作完成集团内部控制报告
Upon Internal Control & Audit Manager’s instruction, formalize group internal control reporting according to annual risk assessment procedures.
流程政策 Process and Procedure
协助内部控制与审计经理复核公司政策和流程以确保他们已根据公司风险暴露和业务以及环境的发展而正确的定义和更新
Assist Internal Control & Audit Manager with reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure they are properly defined / updated for the company’s exposure to risk, as well as business and environmental developments.
在内部控制与审计经理的帮助下决定规定范围内部控制完整评估测试的性质，范围和时间
Work with the Internal Control & Audit Manager to determine the nature, extent, and timing of evidence gathered to complete the assessment of in-scope controls.
对如何改进内部控制提供建议。与支持部门和营运团队密切合作，对发现的重大内部控制缺陷建立整改计划，并监督其实施。
Make recommendations for improving internal controls. Work closely with Support Function and/or Operation team to build mitigation plan upon significant control deficiency identified and monitoring the execution.
任职要求 Qualifications and Requirements
教育背景 Educational Background
本科或以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or above
工作经验 Work Experience
5年以上的内部控制或审计工作经验, 有财务经验者优先考虑;
Five years or more work experience in internal control or auditing. Finance background is a plus
