职位描述

- For our Global Share Service we are looking for a Junior Specialist –HRS at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
- Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal --- customers in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
Contacts:
- GSS external: Customers, users and external partners
- GSS internal: GO DC-XX BL management & experts, GSS GO DC-XX management & cross support functions, regional GSS BL
Responsibility (fully):
- In the respective area of responsibility delivers transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
Compliance & Risk Management(fully):
- Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities
- Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers
- Supports and provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC etc.)
- Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer
Customers (& Partners) (partially):
- Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level
Processes (partially):
- Develops through deep professional know how of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies between them (fully)
- Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and / or instructions (fully)
- Demonstrates strong service delivery focus (fully)
- Contributes to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the provided service
- Contributes to implementation of new and updated processes
- Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements
- Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required
- Supports dedicated GSS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with - high efficiency based on individual task descriptions.
- Contributes to additional administrative tasks related to the job (KPIs reporting, quality check etc.).
- HRS (fully):: Support/contributes to providing standard HR services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific HRS service lines.
Dimensions:
- Overall personnel administraton for the regions in charge
Contacts(internal / external) :
- Internal: GSS HR service colleagues, Internal HR colleagues in Siemens China including JV/OC’s, employees
External:
- Extenal service vendor
Tasks:
- Provide GSS HR onsite service to OC in SH SCS location.
- Support GSS HR central service team to guarantee high-quality, include: newcomer onboard, contract - preparation, contract signing, contract extension, probation.
- Assist specailist for Payroll, Individual income tax , housing fund handling etc for all employees in SLC and full service compaines
- Government social insurance andcompany benefit handling
- Data main(DOE) support and administration kinds of documents
- Ensure Monthly internal report and external report timely and correctly
- Other task/ projects e.g. communication/ harmonization of processes with HR from other locations
Mission:
- To liaise with local vendor for admin process
- To support HR daily service in JOVCs,including new hire and termination process.
- To support benefit related service and HR system
Dimensions:
- Overall personnel administration for the regions in charge
Contacts(internal / external) :
- Internal: GSS HR service colleagues, Internal HR colleagues in Siemens China including JV/OC’s, employees
External:
- Extenal service vendor
Tasks:
- Support GSS HR central service team to guarantee high-quality and precisely-timed personnel - GSSHR Support integration admin issues, include: newcomer onboard, contract preparation, contract signing, contract extension, probation.
- Assist specialist for Payroll, Individual income tax , housing fund handling etc for all employees in SLC and full service companies
- Government social insurance and company benefit handling
- Data main(DOE) support and administration kinds of documents
- Ensure Monthly internal report and external report timely and correctly
- Other task/ projects e.g. communication/ harmonization of processes with HR from other locations

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge:
- Functional Expertise
- Human Resources– Operations/Services
- HRS/GMS: Company and customer policies & procedures and work instructions, relevant parts of the labor code and relevant HR business processes.
Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
- Business knowledge: Understand organizational culture/ structure; work experience in major international company
- Knowledge of country-specifics within HR (Shared services)
- English level:Intermediate
- Be a good team player
Experience:
- 1-2 y. work experience in HR related is preferred
- Technology Fields & Business Methods
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Quality Improvement Methods
- Basic understanding of continuous quality improvement process, method and tools
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Process Management
- Basic understanding would be beneficial
- Further Required Knowledge
