Description
To be responsible for the operation and performance of Global Support for IP products and M-PBN solution in Global Service Center China
Be the escalation focal point in management escalations.
Resource Planning: To maintain adequate number of staff with the correct competence needed to achieve overall goals and objectives.
Competence Management: Responsible for competence development of the people employed in the organization in order to meet current and future demands. To ensure performance appraisal and that a career development plan is made for each immediate subordinate.
Cost Responsibility: To prepare budget and monitor expenditure
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunication or related
5 Years experience in Telecom Service and Global Service
Rich experience of Customer Support
Rich experience in people management and competence development
Excellent communication
Excellent leadership
Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory
