职位描述
岗位职责
1.进行装修的投标、分包的结算工作；
2.必须熟悉相关的专业知识：识图、装修材料、装修工艺、报价列项以及格式（清单报价）；
3.编制建筑装饰工程预算，确定工程报价，根据项目定位负责拟定本专业成本估算指标；
4.具有市场经营开拓能力，有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，负责本专业工程的造价控制，对各类合约流转进行督导；
5.完成企业应急的各项任务。
任职条件：
1.专科以上学历，工程造价、建筑工程、工程经济等相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验；
2.熟悉上海市定额及国际通用合同报价惯例，熟悉装饰工程的工艺流程和相关材料并能编制装饰 工程预决算；
3.有吃苦耐劳的精神，并能根据工作需要安排随时进行加班；
4.具有良好的协调能力
