Description
Support and Maintain a high Competence in certain product and solution areas (OSS, RAN, CS/PS Core) in line with the company's portfolio strategies.
Support the Project Management Team by defining and verifying technical solutions.
Identify any critical technical implications or limitations, on the Solutions or Products.
Be up to date on Ericsson's and RCNA's Strategy regarding the product portfolio and road map, in the specific product and solution area.
Build up and Maintain a close Working Relationship with respective PDU/PLM.
Prepare and carry thought Workshops and Knowledge Sharing session, with both Internal NPI team, as well as RCNA's local SDO Teams.
Be a Technical Driver of certain technical improvement programs.

Qualifications
Related university degree in telecommunications
Experience from IT/Telecom within product development, product management, technical management support work for a minimum of 5 years.
Ability to work effectively individually as well as in teams, flexibility to work on new areas, and to show good quality work under pressure.
Ability to establish a broad and relevant contact network with PDU:s as well as with Local Customer Solution and Portfolio teams.
Broad telecom product/solutions/network competence
Excellent command of English language, written and oral.
