Description
As being CS Operation Manager, you are expected to take ownership of Customer Support Processes and Tools to ensure smooth operations in Customer Support Activities.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
To setup and to maintain necessary procedures / platforms / resources to ensure smooth Customer Support Operation on regional level
To drive and/or to facilitate Customer Support programs on regional level
Interface with both Local and Global Forums on CS Processes and Tools Requirement and Development
To ensure Follow-up actions are in place for CS Operations with assistance from Performance Support Analyst.
Qualifications
MSc/BSc in Information Technology / telecommunications engineering, computer science or equivalent
Experience in the telecommunication area for at least 5 years
Good Understanding on Customer Support and Technical Service Operations
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in Project Management
Experience in IT Tool / Webpage development and/or Visual Basic Programming is a strong advantage
Fluency in both English and Chinese are required
