Job Description:
- Work with different 3PL service providers to manage DC & warehouse(s), focusing on merchandises and non-merchandises respectively, including inbound/outbound, inventory and reverse logistics.
- Lubricate connection and communication inside and outside the company to make sure warehousing performance are conducted in compliance with global standards, and KPIs are fulfilled accordingly.
- Arrange 3PL service providers to do regular physical inventory count to ensure stock and operation accuracy.
- Take care of DC value added service, e.g. swing ticket checking & re-labeling process of physical import goods after customs declaration.
- Seek continuous process and cost improvements by designing and developing SOP, work flows, cost control, etc.
- Undergo internal and external audit.
- Prepare and review budget.
- Provide assistance to trouble shooting when needed.
- Be actively involved in other logistics projects, i.e. China e-commerce, city OSL quick-replenishment & stock management project, etc.
- Support other miscellaneous activities that involve warehouses.
The ideal candidate will have:
- College or university degree in logistics, engineering, or international business and related.
- Minimum 5 years logistics experience in an MNC environment.
- Good knowledge of warehousing or DC operations, and solid hands-on experience.
- Sound computer skills especially for windows MS office and SAP. Strong data analysis skills.
- Open-minded and strong interpersonal skills. Can-do and result-driven attitude, have the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn and adaptive to the environment change.
