China Materialia LLC/上海遨问创业投资管理有限公司 is an advisory and investment firm based in Shanghai Yangpu district. The firm makes venture capital investments as well as provides advisory services in consumer, advanced materials and cleantech/energy industries. The firm has immediate openings for entry-level professionals in both Advisory and Investment.

Job responsibilities include:
- Research local innovations in specific fields of interest to our clients
- Prepare and write research reports in English and Chinese
-Screen and perform DD on local companies and potential innovation partners for our clients
- Review current Chinese language journals and attend scientific and industry conferences to gather technology and industry information
- Assist clients in contract negotiation, R&D project monitoring and manufacturing outsourcing in China - liaison, set up meetings, advise on projects and contracts, monitor progress

Ideal candidate should have:
- Master degree or above
- Professional knowledge in Investment Management& Project Management
- Rich experience in Financial Evaluation& analysis of investment revenue
- Genuine curiosity about science, technology and innovation. Possess an inquisitive mind
- Outgoing personality, likes to interact with people
- Organized, with great attention to detail
- Good judgment and discretion, strict adherence to confidentiality agreement with clients
- Good skills in both spoken and written English
- Hard-working and can-do attitude
- Overseas experience is a plus, but not necessary


职位要求：
1、硕士及以上学历、英语六级以上，有海外背景优先
2、有投资管理、项目管理及相关法规等专业知识，具有对投资项目的财务评估、投资收益分析等能力
3、有两年以上投资经验，熟悉融资分析、熟悉上市准则，具有较强的经济分析能力和风险控制能力
4、具有很强的协调以及独立工作能力

岗位职责
1、定期进行市场分析
2、根据公司要求负责投资项目的市场调研、数据收集以及可行性分析
3、撰写投资项目推介性文件、报告，拟定项目实施方案
4、参与项目的谈判，了解投资项目的运作情况，提出业务拓展以及改进的建议
