Full-time position: Investment Associate

China Materialia LLC/上海遨问创业投资管理有限公司 is an advisory and investment firm based in Shanghai Yangpu district. The firm makes venture capital investments as well as provides advisory services in consumer, advanced materials and cleantech/energy industries. The firm has immediate openings for entry-level professionals in both Advisory and Investment.

Main job duties include:
- Manage deal-flow process
- Due diligence of investment opportunities
- Analysis of industries and sub-industries
- Drafting investment memos
- Financial forecast and building financial models
- Support Partners in post-investment management

Qualifications of the position include:
- One-two years experience in venture capital firmsv - Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Undergraduate in a science and technology discipline from a top University
- Genuine curiosity and fast-learning
- Outgoing personality and good people skills
- Hardworking and can-do attitude
- Formal business training (eg. MBA) is a plus
