Archibat正在为快速发展的室内设计公司招聘高级业务拓展经理。这家公司集室内设计，项目和施工管理为一体，致力于为中国及亚太地区商贸中心的景观，建筑及室内项目提供工程，项目管理及设计等服务。该公司在中国各大城市都有办事处，全国超过500名员工。他们现在正为上海分公司招聘办公楼项目的精英人才。
1.拓展业务，开发新渠道。
2.维护并增进现有客户关系，同时开发新资源以完成销售指标。
3.开发现有和新客户资源，促进业务增长并执行业务策略。
4 维护客户资料，提高现有客户及目标客户销售量。
5.维护并开发新客户，提供专业服务。
6.整理更新销售和市场的相关报告。
7.整理交接销售联系资料
8.完成上级布置的任务。
Archibat is looking for SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER for a fast growing INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM specialized in corporate office fit-out. This interior design/project management/ construction company offers construction, project management, and design services for the landscape, architecture, interior of commercial locations throughout China and Asia Pacific. Our client has offices in several locations in China and more than 500 staff. They are now looking for talented people to join their Shanghai branch to work on corporate office projects.
1. Explore new channels development to expand the business.
2. Maintain & grow existing client relationship, and develop new business prospects to achieve sales goals.
3. Develop existing and new business to achieve business development growth and execute business strategy.
4. Maintain an accurate client database for the purpose of up-selling of services to existing and targeted clients.
5. Maintain and develop good client relationship and provision of professional account services.
6. Prepare and update sales and marketing related reports.
7. Prepare and deliver sales contacts and presentation.
8. Other tasks from superior.
1. 至少5年市场营销相关工作经验
2. 商务、营销等相关领域学士学位
3. 中英文口语及书面表达熟练流利
4. 沟通、组织及领导能力强
5. 重视细节
6. 能够克服压力并独立工作
7. 了解室内设计和相关知识
8. 必须具备相关行业的工作经验

2. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields.
3. Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
4. Strong communication, organizing and leader skills.
5. Attention to details.
6. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
7. Great knowledge of interior design and related functions.
8. Related industry working experience is a must.
