Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
Operation: • Maintain sales operations processes and policies and deliver to sales team clearly. • Collect Order, sales forecast information. • Lead the MPC collection and forecast review mechanism to make sure order progress smoothly. • Lead MPC win/loss analysis and review mechanism to support front line to enhance the coverage • As ePOP and sales force.com system master. Drive ePOP system approval process • Tender T&C review and process completion. • Given standard contract price at indirect channel and track the SPA template with finance team • Initiate weekly GM review template and quarterly sales performance report • Set up commercial knowledge training to sales team. Account support: • Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints • GCO and Preapproval document preparation. • Pre sales support.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above, major in math, international trade, business administration, etc • 2+ years related working experience is a must • Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people; • Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.; • Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results; • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines • Good English capability in both spoken and written.

Desired Characteristics
• Sales experience/Trade and finance background is preferred • Flexibility, good negotiation skills
