MAIN SCOPE
Ensure projects planning both from a timing and spending point of view
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Planning Area (70% of project manager time will be spent in planning Area)
Collaborate with all functions involved in the project development to arrange and propose the project planning. The proposed planning will integrate the info provided by each function
Through defined tools and KPI's, periodically monitor the project development status and asses the risks and define the corrective actions to recover delay and activities slippages
Lead and plan launch meetings to ensure that project matches the expected results at each milestone (project maturity assessment)
Support platform manager in the day by day activities
R&D Expenses Area (15% of project manager time will be spent in R&D Area)
Support the Platform Manager in project budget and whole Capex projects expense definition
Support the Platform Manager in monitoring the R&D spending vs bdg and whole project spending and define corrective actions/plans to recover and/or contain overspendings
