PURPOSE:
This position mainly focuses on product manufacturing areas including communicating with technical engineers about new products launching progress, preparing product BOMs and MFG data accordingly; updating BOMs and MFG data timely into ERP system. This position will also be responsible for manufacturing process instruction preparation and ISO quality system documents maintenance and update as well as quality record filing.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
·The timeline and effectiveness of product BOM setup & update;
·The timeline and effectiveness of technical information and MFG data updating in Baan & Kingdee system;
·The timeline and effectiveness of ISO quality system maintenance and related documents preparation;
·The timeline and effectiveness of manufacturing process instruction preparation;
·Finish other assistant work to daily operation and related departments.

GENERAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
Current
·Responsible for compiling new products BOMs with logical classification level and related manufacturing data

according to new products launching progress.
·Responsible for maintaining and updating technical information and MFG related data into BAAN & Kingdee system in a timely and accurate way.
·Develop and update manufacturing process instruction timely.
·Maintain and update quality documents according to ISO quality system requirement, filing necessary quality

record, and make sure we follow up ISO quality system and procedure strictly.
·Finish BOM setup and update timely for customized products, existing products improvement & enhancement.
·Assure right drawings, technical requirements and manufacturing process instruction are available before

production for mnufacturing team.
·Draft and provide the necessary drawings needed from customer as the technical support to sale team.
·Finish other signed by line manager to assist to daily operation and related department.

Demonstrated Skills:
· Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
· More than 5 years work experience in mechanical manufacturing field, at least 3 years engaged in manufacturing process or related technical job.
· Rich experience in compiling and maintaining product BOMs with logical classification level and related

manufacturing data, and updating BOMs in ERP system accordingly and timely.
· Strong experience in operating and maintaining ERP system, such as Baan & Kingdee
· Good skills in using CAD software, such as SolidWorks & AutoCAD. Good ability to read, interpret and draft

drawing for both existing products improvement and new products development or enhancement.
· Solid knowledge about ISO quality system and its requirement, good experience in quality documents maintenance and update.
· Strong sense of responsibility with teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
· Able to communicate with foreign colleagues both in spoken and written English.
