PURPOSE:
This position mainly focuses on warehouse management and prepares orders for shipment. Perform related administrative duties include inventory transactions, data entry, ERP maintenance, report generation and customer interaction over the phone.
主要负责公司仓库管理和运输订单准备。相关的职责内容包括仓库货物收发货、运输、数据输入、ERP系统数据更新、报告制作、客户交货上的电话沟通。



GENERAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
岗位职责：
· Responsible for stock receiving and ensure to receive on time. Unload trucks and receive incoming material, check packing list with items received and verify accuracy of items with purchase orders.
负责物料的收货工作，做到先进先出，并及时完成收货。卸货并核对装箱单，核实是否数量准确。
· Note customer service items received, order discrepancies and damages on packing list.
通知客服货到、差额和包装损坏
· Prepare orders for shipment or pick up, pull items from staging area, assemble and package as necessary. If shipping to distributor or end user palletize, prepare shipping labels, prepare bills of lading, and contact carrier for pick up and load trucks.
准备发货运输订单或去其他仓库提货，将货物放到待装区域，如有需要则进行包装。如果是客户自提的，应准备好托盘和装箱单，联系运载人装运到指定卡车上。
· Record the receiving and delivery, keep and manage the stock record accurate
负责仓库进、出货物的原始记录的收集、登记、变更；保证仓库库货物记录的准确无误。
· Inspect customer returned goods for accuracy and condition.
检查客户退还的货物是否准确和外观完好。
· Maintain related records and files.
保存好相关文件。
· BAAN system maintenance, to maintain inventory including cycle counts, Baan reports, and inventory transactions.
BAAN系统维护，维护库存包括周转率、BAAN报告和库存进出报告
· Sort and count stock.
定期库存物资清点工作
· Manage the daily affairs, keep warehouse tidy, and maintain stock room and stock locations in orderly condition.
负责仓库的日常管理，保持仓库库容整洁，货物堆放整齐有序。
· Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
遵守安全规则，保持工作环境干净有序。
· Other work signed by Supervisor.
上级安排的其他工作。


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
职位要求
Personal Specifications:
· Formal education: technical secondary school and above
中专及以上学历；
· Professional experience: At least 2~3 year work experience in a warehouse, administrative or inventory related position in manufacture warehouse.
至少2~3年的仓库管理、库存管理的工作经验；
· Have forklift driving license
有叉车驾驶证；
· live in Song Jiang priority
家住松江优先；


Demonstrated Skills:
技能要求：
· Manufacturing software experience – ERP
熟悉工厂管理软件如ERP,
· Good skills in MS Office
熟练应用MS Office办公软件；
