职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for GPM Alignment, which includes incorporating client best practices and specific business needs to come up with client GPM
- Identify gaps between Capgemini’s standard process and Client’s processes, run Impact Assessments at country/ region/ market level to distinguish issues/ variance/ exceptions
- Provide resolutions/ recommendations/ workarounds to fill gaps between Capgemini standard processes and Client’s processes
- Handle documentation of the processes
- Contribute to the Finance Academy to ensure effective training to Ramp-up team
- Manage training service delivery team and hand over the process with sign-off obtained from them
- Provide pro-active issue resolution and process improvement
- Cope with effective knowledge management and transition coordination
- Lead the team on process and process supports to achieve overall transition objectives within cost constraints and timelines
- Run transitions on standard Lift and Shift methodology if the solution so demands
Job Requirements:
- University degree or above, major in Com/ ICWA/ CA PMP
- 6-10 years for B. Com and 4-8 Yrs for ICWA/CA would be an advantage
- ERP: SAP/ Oracle
- Industry preference: BPO
- Prior experience in transitions, with transformation and standardization, with managing project sizes of 100+ FTEs
- Industry knowledge in transitions, as MFS, CPRD, UTM, would be of benefit
- A leader who can motivate, with strong project/ client management skills and process skills with solution and transition experience/ exposure
- Good process knowledge of at least one of the process towers (PTP, OTC, RTR)
- Flexible about work content, timing and location
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
