Job Responsibilities:

- Control operational cost and increase contribution margin

- Assist to increase new business volume, service scope

- Lead the team to meet client SLA (e.g. accuracy, turn-around time, timeliness of processing, etc.) and satisfaction

- Ensure Continuity of Operations (BCP)

- Maintain good relationship with clients, reduce number of escalations

- Handle Internal Process Management

- Increase productivity by continuous improvement

- Provide accurate reporting, such as OAE reports, Clarity reports, etc., in a timely manner

- Manage talent to lower team's attrition rate

- Provide training & development opportunities fairly to staff and encourage continuous learning

- Act as a communication bridge between Sr. operation manager and team members

- Assist senior operation manager to work on succession plans and identify training gaps for successors

Job Requirements:

- University degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting

- Over 7 years of Accounting experience

- Proficient in ERP system operation, such as SAP, Oracle, etc. is preferable

- Strong leadership and influencing skills

- Fluent in Korean, good English both written and spoken
