Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for delivery of services to a Client and for a specific function within an Engagement locally or remotely

- Manage multiple delivery teams within one or across different Engagements

- Meet all terms in Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Control cost budgets

- Lead contracted service

- Deal with quality improvements

- Ensure information security

Job Requirements:

- University degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting

- Proficient in ERP system operation, such as SAP, Oracle, etc. is preferable

- Over 15 years’ accounting experience

- Experienced in leading a big-sized BPO team

- Strong leadership and influencing skills

- Good at client management

- Fluent in English
