BASIC INFORMATION
FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Sales Support (2-year dispatched contractor)
DIVISION: Global Transaction Banking
TEAM / BRANCH: Trade Finance – Financial Institutions
LOCATION: Shanghai
CONTRACT TERMS: 2-year dispatched contractor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in bullet points
? To provide firm offer letter by email to client upon receipt of limit confirm
? To receive fax supporting document and make scan copy/follow up with client when necessary
? To respond miscellaneous inquiries from clients, e.g. interest calculation, payment status
? To shoulder part of the trade Ops activities in peak time, e.g. help sending email to hub for value transactions
? To follow up/update overdue/shortfall report
? To help KYC/AML requests from our network
? To initiate PCR for refinancing deals
? To help with MIS/data analysis
? Other assignments from line manager

SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc
? Bachelor degree in banking, finance or business is preferred
? Strong in both spoken and written English
? Good communications, analytical and coordination skills
? Self-starter and a team player
? Good command of MS office
