Title: HR Assistant (2-year contractor)

Location: Shanghai

1) Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR China
- Assist the HR Business Partners in handling requests from clients, including but not limited to consolidating and analyzing people related data, answering HR related enquiries from internal clients, supporting to run the regular HR practices and processes
- Participate in HR projects to provide solutions to the clients and enhance the overall competencies of the HR functions
- Provide overall administrative support to the China HR team

2) Key Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in human resources management, business, or psychology
- 2-4 years of working experience, with experience working in HR function a definite advantage
- Knowledge of China Labor Law a plus
- Team player, good communication in both English and Chinese
- Savvy in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
