1、协助总经理起草公司各阶段工作计划、总结、会议纪要和其他公文公函等；
2、协助总经理对公司各职能部门进行管理，确保工作信息的上传下达；
3、做好总经理日程安排，客户的来访和接待工作，及相关外联工作事宜；
4、外地专柜的人员及相关业务管理；
5、其他总经理安排的临时性工作。

任职要求：
1、20岁以上，身体健康，形象气质佳；
2、本科及以上学历，应届毕业生优先考虑；
3、电脑操作熟练，对公文、联络函等撰写能力强；
4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，人际交往能力，敏锐的洞察力，较强的突发事件处理能力；
5、有严谨的逻辑思维能力和分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调水平；
6、做事认真细致、踏实、敬业，承压能力强，对工作热情，勤奋上进，具备良好团队合作精神。
