The responsibilities as a Traffic Coordinator include maintaining, developing and creating traffic set-ups within a given area. You will also have cost/income responsibility for your area. You will be working in a team with other Traffic coordinators and closely with colleagues at other departments and regions globally


Core Responsibilities



Transport capacity planning, monitoring and follow-up

Freight calculations

Supervision of transport instructions and freight documentation

Secure quality in logistics set-ups within a given area of responsibility

Responsible for maintaining correct prices for billing purposes

Control and account coding of incoming invoices

The job includes contacts with carriers and customers. Our customers are AB Volvo companies and Joint Ventures, Volvo Car Corporation and automotive suppliers

The work also includes representing the department in different working groups and projects


Minimum Required:
§ Bachelor degree in International Trade / Logistics/ Supply chain management or equivalent
§ Previous experience from company in the Logistics Industry required
§ Earlier experience from the finished vehicle/machine distribution is considered valuable
§ Familiar with the administration of imported/exported vehicle/machine is considered valuable
§ Good computer knowledge
§ Good communication and Team building ability.
§Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
