1.筹备期资源规划协助 Manpower deployment support
- 协助人力资源经理开展规划工作,在劳动力规划、人员编制预算等
Assist HRM for all BPC organization setup staff deployment coordination focused on staff delivery and recruitment issue
- 协助人力资源经理建立人力资源操作手册及相关政策
Assist HRM for HR department setup and related HR handbook drafting with policy & procedure
- 协助人力资源经理与各经销商HR同事沟通并进行相关钣喷职位调转及安置工作
Assist HRM for coordination with other dealership HR peers for B&P postion transferring details
2.招聘及员工调转支持 Recruitment and staff transferring support
- 在合适的媒体发布公开职位信息
Position postion on related recruiting website
- 筛选简历和候选人名单
Resume selection and talent pool setup
- 执行、调整和安排面试/测试
Interview arrangement and test
- 办理员工入职及签转手续
Assist on staff transfer and on board handling
