岗位职责

1. Respond to all customer inbound & Internet enquiries relating to eligibility, plan benefit coverage, policy terms and conditions and strive for first call resolution professionally.

2. Make outbound calls and strive to achieve/exceed productivity, quality standards and sales targets pre-determined by management

3. Interface effectively with internal colleagues of different departments to resolve customer issues

4. Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to Team Manager

5. Actively support other team members and the achievement of team objectives

6. Actively participate team building activity and training course in order to maintain a high level of skills and techniques

Specifications:

1. College graduated or above.

2. CET-6 and above, preferably TEM 8. Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English

3. 2-3 years experience in a customer service or sales environment. Experience in dealing with foreigner is preferable. Experience in health, banking industry or an insurance background is an advantage.

4. Customer-oriented with good telephone manner together with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and serving attitude

5. Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems

6. Ability to promote product with integrity and treat customers fairly

7. Self-motivation and problem solving ability and Ability to exercise judgment
