职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Undertake configuration activities on Actisure as determined by the Senior Actisure Support & Business Analyst to meet user requirements.
2. Liaise with business partner departments to understand and fulfill their configuration requirements. Identify where system development is required and specify requirements for development by vendor.
3. Support testing activity for new Actisure releases.
4. Manage the resolution level 2 support requests received from operations on all Actisure systems, escalating issues to the Senior Actisure Support & Business Analyst and Activus where appropriate.
5. Manage the control of batch jobs
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
2. 2 - 3 years work experience in an IT/business analysis field, ideally within the health insurance industry or with experience in financial services.
3. Excellant understanding of business analysis tools and techniques;
4. Excellent understanding of build and release management tools and processes;
5. Experience in IT system/applications configuration or support;
6. Exposure or awareness of ITIL best practices;
7. A solid development background in Client Server (VB) and SQL database technologies is preferred;
8. Good understanding of Project Management methodologies;
9. Good knowledge of SQL and report writing tools;
10. Experience with change management and defect tracking processes;
11. Good understanding of business processes, technicalities and priorities.
12. PC Skills
13. Proficient in Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills;
14. Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
15. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp the implications of user requirements;
16. A high degree of initiative;
17. Ability to work unsupervised and in a team;
18. Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues of all levels;
19. Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with third party providers.
20. Strong level of competency using Microsoft Office applications.
