Job Title: Software Engineer
Reports To: EE Manager
Group/Division: China Technology Center

Key Responsibilities:
-Work with customers and colleagues to develop software specifications
-Use software design methodologies and tools to ensure robust and fully documented products are developed
-Use software tools to develop robust software components and systems that take account of the needs of software testers
-Provide support for existing products
-Keep careful design and implementation records
-Provide appropriate documentation that facilitates others to further develop or maintain the software and systems that you produce.
-Provide appropriate documentation to facilitate the work of colleagues such as Help and Localization specialists, Applications Scientists, Product Managers and Customer Support staff.
-Must have strong design and project management skills and will be able to work with multidisciplinary teams to help CTC delivery product on time, high quality within budget
-Lead or support multiple concurrent projects across diverse product lines. Towards this, develop design plans and project schedules and ensure deliverable goals are achieved
-Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements/Qualifications:
-BS/MS in computer science / advanced scientific / engineering related majors.
-At least 3+ years of experience in the field of software development in Windows, Linux is preferred.
-Solid knowledge in C# and OOP, good knowledge in C/C++ is preferred
-Experience in .Net Framework, WPF is preferred
-Knowledge of Design Pattern and UML are preferred
-Experience in Unit/Integration/system test based on complex hardware.
-Excellent language skill on English reading, speaking and writing
-Strong responsibility, self-motivated and initiative
-Experience with instrument industry or automation & Control industry
