Responsibilities:
?Manage the calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, and coordinate business and personal meetings
?Pro-actively schedule and prepare for meetings, attend and take minutes when required; transcribe and disseminate minutes to staff.
?Provide general administrative support (including filing, preparing expense reports, routine correspondence, copying, faxing, scanning, preparing outgoing mail, etc.).
?Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports and presentations including summary reports and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
?Perform personal errands and manage miscellaneous personal matters as requested.
?Serve as a liaison between departments and with management team.
Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree and above.
?At least 1 years of executive administrative assistant experience within corporate/office setting is required.
?Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
?Strong coordinating, multi-tasking and problem solving skills, proactively anticipate needs and potential issues, detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and follow through.
?Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, pleasant demeanor, good judgment and positive attitude are critical to this role.
?Demonstrate ability to maintain absolute confidentiality with discretion.
