工作内容：
· Develop and deliver LSS based Continuous Improvement projects and participate in supporting projects;
· Facilitate Continuous Improvement initiatives utilising Kaizen events, PFMEA, JIT, SMED, Poka-Yoke, etc.
· Implement lean manufacturing practices, techniques and training to improve internal business processes;
· Assist teams in incorporating and sustaining Lean techniques into new and existing line layouts;
· Drive process improvement initiatives and procedures throughout business cycle;
· Facilitate organisational learning to develop problem solving capability and competency.

学历要求：
· Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar discipline; MBA advantageous

经历要求：
· At least two years' practical experience utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and toolset
· Significant manufacturing industry experience, at least two or more years' in business process analysis from relevant industries
· Lean trained with a recognized Six Sigma qualification (Black belt or high potential Green Belt working towards Black Belt level)
· Quality system management experience on industrial products is a plus;
· Experience of process FMEAs across a variety of industries, for example telecoms, transportation, medical devices, automotive, defense, and/or high technology
· Understanding of Six Sigma in a low to mid volume, high complexity manufacturing environment

· Analytical problem solver with a high attention to detail and sound organizational skills

英语要求：
· Must have good speaking, listening, reading and writing English and Chinese.

电脑要求：
· Strong computer skills.
