Overview:

This position will be responsible for daily operations of all Information Technology related systems maintenance, users support & troubleshooting in China. Coordinate technology solutions utilizing local & international support resources and will be exposed to all aspects of Information Technologies including infrastructure, applications, business analysis & desktop support.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the desktop computing environment including PC hardware, workstation operating systems, and other Microsoft compatible applications.
• Coordination of vendor installations & support contracts.
• Foundation level maintenance of a network environment including desktops, wiring, and network hardware.
• Support of regional servers as instructed.
• Installation and preventive maintenance of network printers.
• Escalation of issues that cannot be resolved via defined local resources.
• Coordination of service and upgrades.
• Coordination of telephone installations & maintenance issues.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related;
• Minimum 2~3 years' experience with Microsoft Operating systems including Windows XP7;
• Familiarity with standard desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting is required;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server 2003/2008 is also required;
• Familiarity with TCP/IP Ethernet networking and Cisco hardware experience such as Routers & Switches and Cisco IP telephony system & Microsoft Lync is a plus;
• Experience with network cabling, telecommunication medias and Microsoft Exchange Server Management is a plus;
• Strong communication skills are required including both verbal & written English.
