职位描述
Position Title: HR Generalist (1 Year Contractor)
Job Location: Shanghai
Report to: HR Manager, Greater China
Roles & Responsibility
1.Support HRM on Greater China recruitment, including: Job portal management, job posting , candidates search, interview arrangement, background check, etc.;
2.Support HRM on employee relations, including: employee onboard, termination, new orientation, invitation letter, Shanghai work permit renew, expatriate work permit / visa renew;
3.Support on C&B, including: monthly payroll, annual Salary Survey, employee benefits, Annual Social Benefits Base Adjustment;
4.Support on Greater China HRIS, including: ICIMIS maintenance, HR Notification, New Data Entry, Oracle Data Management, etc.;
5.Support on Greater China performance management: IPerform tracking report, employee issue solving & rise out to US, etc.
6.Be responsible for monthly HC reporting: H/C report; GMD report, HR metrics report; employee absence report, etc.
7.Other jobs which assigned from HRM.
Qualifications:
1.University degree & above;
2.New graduate or 1 year relative HR experience will be better;
3.Willing to learn & take challenges;
4.Good attitude & team work spirit;
5.Could work under pressure.
