职位描述
Key Objective:
1.Focus on top 30 key accounts management;
2.Set up specified strategies for driving this market segment business align with overall IV solution business strategy;
3.Establish the horizontal and vertical platforms for key target customers leveraging Baxter IV therapy core competency;
4.Enhance Baxter leading image in IV therapy industry through HCS/ICS branding management;
5.Build ICS Excellent Center through integrated resources and efforts from both sales and marketing at global, regional and country level.
Responsibilities:
1.Work with IVS product team and HCU team to identify top 30 key accounts at national level and align with total IVS market segmentation;
2.Lead HCS brand team to collect in-depth hospital information;
3.Participate overall IVS market segmentation and strategy discussion and lead HCS account strategy discussion and setting;
4.Establish the vertical platforms for key customers including hospital CEO, pharmacist and nurse through innovative and differentiation projects and programs;
5.Establish the horizontal platform to build up the foundation of ICS Excellent Center through innovative and differentiation projects and programs;
6.Work with Chinese Hospital Association for platform setup and project development and implementation;
7.KOLs management through collaboration with various associations, product management team and sales team, including regular field visit, speaker training and development, project collaboration, etc.;
8.HCS accounts ROI management, including sales data tracking, competitor analysis, project implementation planning, execution and measurement, etc.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above with science, business, medicinal or pharmacy major; mater of administrative management is a preference;
2.2-4 years proven track record on sales experiences;
3.At least five years of product management and marketing experiences;
4.Positive business attitude & strong Business acumens;
5.Good communication, influence, and interpersonal skills;
6.Good negotiation skill and good financial & business analysis skills;
7.Good project management skills;
8.Proven team leader;
9.Good computer skills and English language skills (listen, talk, read and write).
