Job Requirements

Project /Practice Management

l Management on the whole treatment project, including order handling, engineering, installation, commissioning, acceptance and handover.

l Internal & external communication skill.

l Support team leader on daily business.

l Self education and experience accumulation from team member to achieve self improvement.

l Develops a complete understanding of the contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the project management team

l Utilize project management tools to ensure the large projects are executed efficiently and effectively and provide monthly project updates (include profit and loss) and mitigates any risk where necessary.

l Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements.

l Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices in accordance to Xylem policies

l Helps create pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for practice.

l Addresses and resolves all billing issues.

l Ensures practice meets or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin.

l Other duties as assigned

Financial Management

l Develops and meets revenue and other financial goals for practice.

l Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice.

l Manages the negotiation of contract pricing when necessary.

l Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the sales cycle.

l Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of treatment projects align with our strategy.

l Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.

Communication

l Ensures practice is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within our company.

l Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.

l Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.

l Promotes us through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations.

Technical Understanding

l Understands the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation.

Requirements

l More than 3 years project management experience in water treatment business or related area, familiar with treatment process or product, filtration, advanced treatment (UV, Ozone), etc.

l Bachelor degree in Process or mechanical or equipment related

l Solid and successful experiences in working with different function teams.

l Computer skill (MS office, MS exchange etc.) is a must
