Job Description:

1. Take care of developing distributor network for sales of industrial and commercial fans in China

2 .Work out sales plan and achieve agreed sales target.

3. Actively involved in and take the lead in marketing activities and competitors analysis to develop and optimize sales and marketing strategy to be followed by all channel sales team.

4. Manage existing distributors ,develop new distributor in various industries and different regions in compliance with company policy and strategy.

5. Develop and manage China channel sales team

6. Provide engineering and technical support to sales and channel partners

7 .Take part in exhibitions and seminars on company's behalf.

8. Work closely with OEM sales team to generate synergy in all sales team.

9. Cooperate with international sales team on designated sales projects.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or electrical/mechanical. Fan industry is ideal but not a must.

-At least 8 years experience in sales and 5 years+ experiences as sales manager.

-Ideally age above 33.

-Good English skills in speaking and writing.

-Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Knowledge of fans or similar mechanical products.

-Sound communication and negotiation skills.

-Result oriented and willing to take challenges.

-Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the country.

-Proven successful track record in industrial sales in foreign companies in China.
