What are my responsibilities?
- RA signed project contract execution including international ordering / project cost controlling / delivery control / import handling / payment collection / ICC handling / project contract claim management / project change orders negotiation etc.
- Commercial reports handling: SAP report / AR report / Forecast report / IMAPP report / GEM report
- Support commercial manager in new project bidding, and support in reaching business target through efficient business operations; controlling of processes and achieving the best possible financial result in the responsible areas.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor (international trading，Ecomonics, Contract are preferred) or above
- Strong commercial sense
- At least 3 year related working experience in International Trade
- Good command of SAP
- Familiar with order management
- Basic knowledge in Contract Management and Tax
- Fluent both written and spoken English
- Active, independent and be able to work under pressure
- Good coordination skills, teamwork spirit
- Quick learner.
