职位描述
Responsibilities:
To Be as a management representative to maintain a solid quality system as below aspects:
a. Implements the quality systems procedures and manages compliance in department. Ensure that quality objectives to be established, understood and met.
b. Develop and implement continuous improvement.
Manage the activities of a department in the Quality organization with responsibility for results in terms of product and critical system quality, performance and safety.
Ensure supplier quality compliance.
Manage quality risk assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk.
Understands and assures conformance to regulations in department. Interfaces with regulators during regulatory inspections.
Ensure quality-related staffs have been through the pre-job training and on-job training..
Review and approval of all quality-related changes and SMP&SOP files.
Manage customer complaint system to make sure proper action will be taken for customer satisfaction.
Management oversea registration.
Ensure and work in compliance with all EHS aspects.
Bachelor above in pharmacy or related discipline.
7+ years management experience in Quality in pharmaceutical
Thorough knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing/negotiation skills
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
