JOB TITLE: Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant

KPMG's IT Advisory Services (ITA) provides services to our clients to harness the full potential of information technology in line with their business strategy and vision whilst also supporting or driving compliance with laws and regulation. Offering services through the life cycle, our IT Advisory professionals can also assist our clients through the implementation process to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for SAP requirement gathering and analysis and support the testing on client’s SAP systems
? Provide broad functional knowledge of key SAP business modules to clients
? Provide gap/bench mark analysis on SAP systems practices to client
? Work with a team of technology professionals through technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing
? Perform management and measurement (Key Performance Indicators (KPI), business driver-based metrics)
? Planning and allocating staff resources to fulfill business requirements
? Setting objectives with the team, providing support and coaching to more junior staff
? Assisting partners in general business development
Experience and Knowledge:
? Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a prestigious consulting firm experience in participating and managing SAP implementation or advisory projects (For Manager candidate);
? Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a prestigious consulting firm experience in participating and managing ERP implementation or advisory projects (For Assistant Manager /Senior Consultant candidate);
? Strong working knowledge and understanding of SAP system in the module of SAP logistics SD, MM or FICO
? Proven track of successful projects in the following areas is beneficial to the candidate: Shared Service, Total Budgeting, Financial Reporting Consolidation etc.
? Experiences in SAP GRC is definitely a plus but not mandatory, detail requirements as following:
o SAP candidates with basis, SOD, GRC and audit background.
o SAP application control and authorization concept, especially the use of T-codes, authorization objects and activities codes for compliance of Segregation of Duties (SoD)
o Audit experiences (both internal audit and external audit) in SAP system environment. Able to communicate with business users regarding the SoD requirements and the risk of SoD violations.
o SAP GRC implementation experiences would be a plus.
? Understanding of SoD requirements and have experience with SoD framework review.
? Experience in working and technical knowledge of ERP applications in business operations, corporate finance or IT for at least one major ERP package (SAP);
? Experience as SAP System Administrator is a plus;
? Effective organizational, analytical, problem solving, time management, interpersonal and communication skills;
? Project management skills, experience in leading an ERP implementation preferred; (Manager Candidate)
? Able to work with team members who have different background and experience
? Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Education and Professional Certifications:
Bachelor degree in MIS, information technology or a related discipline. Master degree is a plus
Other Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English and Putonghua
