JOB TITLE Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Contracting assistance in respect of:
- Daily contract review, providing advice and support to engagement teams' contract negotiation.
- Contract team development.
- Contract guidance/protocol development and assist on managing contractual risk of the firm.

Assistance on legal know-how in respect of：
- Conduct legal research on industry and functional legal issues, practice protection and regulatory matters.

Practice protection and assistance in respect of:
- Regulatory investigations and inquiries
- Guidance/protocol development
- Document management

Experience and Knowledge:
- A Bachelor’s degree of law required; Master’s law preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in legal practice and minimum of 3 years contracting review experience is preferred. Litigation experience is a plus.
- Experience in in-house legal function of reputable accounting firms and/or multinational corporation (s), or experience in reputable law firm(s) is preferred. Overseas exposures are a plus.
- Good knowledge of PRC Contract Law, Company Law and Securities Law
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese (mandarin) language skills (read, spoken, written) are required.
- Quick starter, spirit of team work, ability to adapt, dedicated, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.

Education and Professional Certifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Law in top Chinese universities

Other Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin. Able to work smoothly with Mandarin and English.
