Job Purpose:

o Financial accounting: accountable for routine accounting transactions including GL / AP / AR and intercompany.

o Taxation: claim tax return and other tax report as required;

o Audit: arrange annual external audit and review audit report;

o Reporting: prepare PL per different dimensions (customer, project), BS, CF and other ad hoc requirement.

o Financial Analysis: Perform P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation.

Job Dimension:

o Prime: professional F&A issues in Distribution Centre

o Shared: Decision related to F&A compliance for operation and other function department in Distribution Centre.

o Contributory: Matters related to regional F&A function

Key Responsibility:

1. Financial Accounting

o Implement the financial policies and practices in compliance with corporate, regional and local statutory laws, rules and regulations;

o Prepare general ledger accounting

o Prepare regular or ad-hoc financial accounts, reports, statements and analyses

o Prepare accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payment and receipt

o Prepare inter-company billing and reconciliation

o Prepare fixed assets journals and conduct financial closing.

o Prepare DEM report

2. System Control

o monitor the non-inventory purchasing (PR and PO), general ledger posting,

o A/P and A/R sub-ledgers and fixed asset modules of the system

o monitor financial data in the system including Trial Balance, account reconciliations

3. Audit and Taxation

o arrange annual external audit and review audited report

o claim (monthly) tax return

o prepare annual inspection from local government

4. Career Development

o assist in building up the F&A team and enhance service level through motivating, coaching, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment

o assist in developing and executing succession plans and personal development plans

5. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Key Accountabilities

o Financial and accounting function to meet management decision making requirement

o Compliance with financial policy and taxation alignment

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

o Fluency in written and spoken English.

o Good communication skills

o Solid accounting background

o Being data sensitive and good analytical skills.

o Good at Excel, MS word and PPT skills.

o Business understanding in Logistics industry is preferable.

o Possess at least 5+ year solid experience as finance / accounting function in sizable organizations and/or MNCs

o University graduate in Finance, Accounting or Economic.

o CPA is a plus.

o Mature and systematic

o A team player and self-motivated

o Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.

o Communicative and positive

o Persistent and thorough

o Good analytical and problem solving skills

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Available to work overtime according to requirement.
