Job Description
Position Title:
IT Manager
Department: Administration Department
Line Manager: Administration GM
Liaise with: Internal relationships: Administration GM, the other departments and VPs, CEO.
External relationships: Governmental and local authorities, Parent Companies
Working place: Beijing
Working conditions: Office based environment
Normal conditions of labour
Purpose:
? The position is responsible for information administration and operation & maintenance management of company’s computer network and ERP.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
? Make IT planning and yearly work plan;
? Draft IT policies and standards;
? In charge of implementation of website and portal site;
? Build and maintain corporate Email system;
? Lead to build OA System and ERP;
? In charge of general affair of information center;
? To organize the IT training and IT technique communications.
Key Challenges:
? With high consciousness responsibility, be competent for all kinds of work at any time.
? With professional computer technology, to make all things smoothly done.
? With good executive ability, so as to ensure the achievement of department goal.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
? A Bachelor degree is required or above.
? At least ten years’ experience in IT field, having professional background of computer science.
? Master guideline, policy and regulation of the nation and corporation;
? Master network, software, project management and information management knowledge; be able to organize the implementation of IT project; Master knowledge of corporate website.
? Master the professional theoretical knowledge of computer network, operating systems, databases, information security and project management and related information management, organize the work of informationization projects promotion and management；
? Good command of English and Mandarin in both verbal and written.
