Responsibilities：

- Provide advance training to internal employees and customers 提供内部及外部进阶培训课程；

-Identify the needs and develop curriculum for internal training 挖掘内部培训需求及开发课程；

-Supervise and instruct trainers about training skills 监督及指导培训师的培训技巧；

-Analyse the strength and weakness of trainers’ training skills and provide feedback 分析培训师的培训技巧(优势/缺点)并提供反馈；

-Be in charge of digging and analyzing the training demand of dealers. 负责挖掘和分析经销商的培训需求；

- Coordinate with HQ for anything related to training issues. 与总部的协调任何有关培训方面事宜；

- Guide and lead training team to finish training courses designation, training material development and translation. 指导和带领培训团队进行课程开发，完成培训资料的翻译、校对、完善；

- Keeping eyes with audiology and hearing aid industry updating information and sending these to training team. 关注听力学及助听器行业动态，及时传递领域内新知识给培训团队；

- Keeping track with training result of training team 对团队培训结果进行跟踪、考核；

- Coordinate with other departments for all of training issues 与其他部门协调所有培训问题；

- Other assignments by superior 上级布置的其他工作。

Qualifications：

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in audiologist or related field. 本科以上学历，听力学或相关专业；

- At least 5 years working experiences in hearing aid industry training function and at least 2 years in management 至少五年助听器行业培训工作经验，两年以上管理经验；

- Willingness to perform and result orientation 良好的绩效，以结果为导向；

- Creativity and ability to change 有创造力；

- Learning and innovation orientation 学习和创新方向；

- Initiative 主动；

- Flexibility 灵活性；

- Ability to work under pressure 能承担工作压力；

- Team work 团队工作；
