Position: Visual Communication Specialist/Graphic Designer (Part-time）

职责：

Responsibilities

品牌视觉及市场沟通

Visual Brand and Marketing Communication

· 根据品牌视觉识别的要求，开发及设计

According to Company brand image, be responsible for development & design as below,

包括宣传单页设计；名片设计；活动海报、横幅或易拉宝等设计；其他临时性市场工作相关设计

Brochures, business cards, posters (or banner, roll screen), and other emergent design for unexpected some marketing events

· 管理及维护图片文件，包括logo、图片及其他视觉识别相关文件

Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and other visual identity related files

· 参与市场部会议 - 了解公司市场营销以及广告战略

Attend Marketing team meeting, know more about the marketing and advertising strategies

· 参与构思、敲定宣传资料内容

Assist the department to set up and confirm the company promotion content

· 与印刷供应商的沟通及协调

Communicate and coordinate with print suppliers

其他职责

Others Responsibility

· 必要时协助特别活动的组织和细分工作

Assist with special events set-up as required

· 协助其他沟通相关的工作

Assist in other communication works

资质要求

Qualifications:

必备资质

Required

· 平面设计、沟通或相关领域的大专或本科教育背景或经验

Associate/Bachelor degree in graphic design, communications or marketing related field, or related work experiences

· 处理印刷工作的能力，包括报价以及印刷品质管理等

Ability to deal with print suppliers, including quotation and print-quality control

· 熟练使用主要平面软件如Photoshop，Illustrator等

Experienced in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

· 有组织能力，并注重细节

Organizational and detail-orientedcapability

· 能同时处理多项任务的能力

Ability to handle multitasks

· 能在短时间内完成任务

Ability to meet tight deadlines

· 英语水平良好

· Good English (both writing and speaking) required

General marketing and event management knowledge or experiences
