AP Accountant
Location: Beijing

This is a temporary role that only has 6 month length contract. Start from September, 2013 to February, 2014.

Responsibility:

1． Vendor Voucher checking & booking

a)General voucher

b)PO

c)Down payment

d)Corp card

e)Bank direct debit

f)Others

2．Vendor open items review at the end of each month

3．G/L account open items clearing, such as 17700002(accrual), 9902000(prepaid), 17400000(GR) and etc

4．Payment proposal

5. Handle AP function

Requirements:

1.University degree, majoring in finance, accounting, and banking are preferable

2.1~2 years of experience as accountant, preferably IT company

3.Excellent knowledge of SAP

4.General ledger

5.Good knowledge of IFRS and US-GAAP

6.Excellent English skills

7.Devoted team player

8.Pioneering spirit in a start up environment
