Tasks
The Sales / Sales Support Manager will be responsible for the pre- & post sales support
1 Ensure a profitable, growing revenue stream and strategic business development, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all levels.
2 Providing technical pre- & post sales support for Carrier Enterprise Services (Layer 2
and 3)
3 Providing technical, commercial and product-specific consultancy within Customer presentations
4 Designing and pricing proper solutions, providing end-to-end offers
5 Responsible for the completion of all the Orders and their implementation
6 Coordination and driving of escalations in the pre- & post-sales area
7 Supporting Customers in post-sales activities like trouble shooting, extension of services, product related questions, etc
Requirements / Skills
1 Technical knowledge about telecommunication technologies and platforms
2 Technical/Commercial Sales Support (or Sales) background
3 Understanding of the wholesale telecommunication market in the region
4 Project experience
5 Service Management experience desired
6 Experience with complex, multinational organizations desired
7 Proactive attitude
8 Strong analytical skills and attention to details
9 Good team player, but able to work individually as well
10 Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
11 English language knowledge (written/spoken) is a must, German appreciated
12 International travelling
