We would like to strengthen our team of Financial professionals to assist our clients which is a famous company in oil/gas industry , the position and requirements are listed below:

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· PSC reporting

· Accounting

· Drilling accounting

· AFEs

· Budgeting and reporting

· JV Accounting

· Establish co-operative business relationships with partners and contractors

· Cash forecast

· Banking – ensure sufficient funding and work with banks on foreign exchange issues.

· Statutory Accounting

· Inventory - working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, ensure the integrity of the accounting for warehouse stock.

· Tax - work closely with the tax group to ensure proper tax payments, and deal with tax authorities on tax related issue

· Audits - coordinate partner, FCPA and internal audits of the PSC operations as necessary.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

· Minimum of 5 years China onshore PSC accounting experience

· To be able to working independently

· Travel will be required, and as needed

· Comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting issues, including use of advanced accounting systems especially SAP.

· Ability and desire to work as part of a global service function, coordinating closely with functional and business support teams based in other locations to achieve strategic functional objectives.

· A team player who can effectively interact and communicate, both socially and professionally, with all levels of employees, partners, contractors, government officials, etc.

· Attention to detail and commitment to functional excellence.
