An opportunity to work at a leading actuarial consulting firm, help life insurance companies in China to find solutions to actuarial and financial problems.
We are looking for an experienced qualified actuary to head up an actuarial team in Beijing with comprehensive support from Hong Kong to help insurance companies to improve their actuarial and financial performance.
In addition to projects delivery and people management, you will also design and execute business development plans. Beside of maintain the relationship with exiting clients, you will also identify and generate new business by delivering the business value propositions to new client assigned from time to time in order to the business target.
Requirements:
The preferable candidate for this will be a qualified life Actuary who has served at a senior role in a large life insurance organisation or advisory firm in China. This role requires solid technical knowledge, work ethic and strong initiative. 15+ years experience, inclusive of 5+ years’PQE would be preferred. Fluent Mandarin and English is essential (both written & verbal). People management and business development skills are highly advantageous.
