The company is the top leader in the energy and power industry in Global.
This role will develop a top performing team, hold regular appraisals and take action on non-performers. Manage site activity in line with project cost, quality and schedule requirements. Dispatch competent technical field advisers (TFAs) in line with project technical and schedule requirements. Visit customers regularly to understand and influence their needs. Ensure all project managers, technical field advisors and field labor excel in customer oriented behaviour. Maintain effective cross-functional relationships. Contribute to an effective Management Team. Help to formulate / implement the Mission and Strategy. Drive industry initiatives where appropriate.
In order to apply this role, the candidate must have at least 10 years project management experience in Power plant or electric power projects, and full of experience in dealing with customers. with the ability to manage an Asia team, fluency in English, both spoken and written, and ability to travel to customers, suppliers and sites.
