职位描述
The company is a great MNC in China and headquarter in Beijing. The company has good working environment and culture.
The purpose of the position is to oversee the OHS function to create and sustain a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. This role need to develops Company OHS standards and goals, oversees the execution of OHS training, programs and processes, oversees the implementation of HSE departmental functions in regard to auditing, training, incident investigation, software, tools, Company HSE policies, procedures, and methods designed to drive the Company’s HSE culture and meet the Company’s HSE standards and goals through an expert knowledge of the Company’s HSE standards, programs, and goals. And also this role leads teams of HSE professionals, including globally diverse teams when involved in projects.
In order to take this job, you need to have at least 8 years OHS related management experience, with experience of working in a MNC cooperate team in EHS system and culture build up. Good communication skill with different departments and roles. Excellent English language ability which can make English courses to other JVs.
