Position based in Beijing but will be required to travel to all Kerry Wines offices and other sales locations throughout Greater China to collect market feedback and develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional plans

Brand Management and Coordination

• Coordinate with brand manager on brand strategies and promotional plans to optimize profitability, sales volumes, market share and brand objectives within allocated budget
• Closely monitor and analyze brand profitability, product segmentation, sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity in north region.
• Manage A&P budgets of each brand including developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting the activities and results of said A&P expenditures in the region.
• Implementation and reporting the results of supplier visits to the north region

Marketing Service

• To analyze market intelligence collected and develop the competitors report
• Execution of national promotion through the collaboration with regional sales force, as well as promotion analyses/evaluation.
• To develop priorities and regional promotions for each channels
• Point of Sales Materials management
• To provide Business Development support to the north region

Communications/PR, Events and Training

• Execute the advertising plan according to company strategy and value
• Measurable return base on investment
• Spearhead the media management to achieve maximum press exposure in the north region
• Develop corporate regional communication materials
• Coordinate to ensure effective crisis management
• Events planning, Event Execution, Post Event Follow UP
• Ensure all responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
• Other function or activities directed by Marketing Director

Requirements

• Degree holder majoring in marketing is preferable
• Minimum 7 years of sales & marketing experience of which at least 2 years in trade marketing
• Good business acumen; independent; self-motivated; excellent sales and marketing skills; good presentation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
