职位描述
Project Management Job Responsibilities
· Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements;
· Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate project requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly.
· Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
· Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
· Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
· Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
· Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
. Manage project budget and resource allocation.
· Make sure all projects follow company policies, procedures and methodologies.
· Conduct regular status meetings, keeping the project needs and requirements continuously in view.
· Work with Business Unit Leaders closely to remove development and project roadblocks; motivates the development team and keep them excited to move forward; protects the team from outside distractions.
· May require travel from time to time .
· Other duties may be assigned.
Qualification
· Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science is required.
· Experience
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the hardware/software industry. Experience in hardware IC design/production is a plus.
Good Chinese and English communication skills
